You will receive confirmation details via email after the booking is submitted. The day before your appointment, the therapist will contact you to confirm your booking and provide you with address and payment information for the day of your appointment.

Appointments take place at Suite 127, Block D, Millennium Business Park, 19 Edison Way, Century City, Cape Town, 7441 unless your confirmation says otherwise.

When you enter the business park , block D is to your left . It’s the last office near the grass up the stairs. Your therapist will send detailed information on how to find our salon the day before your appointment.

Some services require a deposit and some do not. The checkout shows the deposit or no-deposit state before you submit the booking.

Please arrive on time and follow the preparation notes in your confirmation. If you have nail sensitivities, product allergies or any medical conditions tell the team before your service starts. Please note that we do not perform treatments on clients who have active contagious infections. Please consult your doctor prior to booking an appointment as this may result in your booking deposit being forfeited depending on the timing.

Your comfort and safety are very important to us. At Nailed It and Scalp Soak Haus, we maintain strict hygiene practices before and after every appointment. Single-use items are safely disposed of after each client, while reusable tools are cleaned, disinfected with alcohol and placed into a UV steriliser. Hair brushes and treatment tools are washed and cleaned before every client, and each service area is fully sanitised before use. We also sweep and steam-clean the floors between clients, so you can relax knowing your treatment space is clean, fresh and carefully prepared for you.

Yes. All our gel polishes are HEMA-free, TPO-free, cruelty-free and vegan, giving you a beautiful, long-lasting manicure with products that are kinder to your nails and aligned with conscious beauty standards.

Yes, the treatment is safe. The following teas on the tea menu are not safe for pregnant or breastfeeding individuals : oat straw tea and horsetail tea. This is indicated as such on the menu. You may choose any other beverage as part of your service. Please consult your Doctor if you are unsure.

At this stage, Scalp Soak Haus is a women-only head spa. Our space, treatments and client experience have been thoughtfully designed with women in mind, creating a private, comfortable and relaxing environment for every appointment.

The head spa bed can carry a maximum weight of 199kg. The internal width of the bed is 62 cm The full length of the bed is 200cm

Hairstyling and saree draping requests are handled as inquiries . Submitting an inquiry does not create a booking, reserve time, or take payment until the team follows up. This online inquiry is sent directly Kimberly Gareeb and she will respond with a quote or follow up questions.
