Terms & Conditions

These terms and conditions apply to all appointments booked through this platform for the following businesses owned and operated by Kimberly Gareeb: NailedIt, Scalp Soak Haus, and Kimberly Gareeb (hair studio). By completing a booking you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms relevant to the business you are booking with. Please review the section for your chosen business carefully.

NailedIt — Nail Studio

1. Booking Policy

Your appointment is confirmed upon successful payment of the required deposit, or upon submission of your booking request where no deposit is required. You will receive a confirmation notification via WhatsApp and/or email once your booking has been accepted. Bookings are subject to availability and are not guaranteed until confirmation is received.

2. Cancellation Policy

We require a minimum of 24 hours' notice for all cancellations. Cancellations made within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment time may result in the forfeiture of your deposit. To cancel, please contact us directly via the details provided in your confirmation message. Late cancellations without valid reason will be recorded against your booking history.

3. No-Show Policy

Failure to attend your appointment without prior notice constitutes a no-show. No-shows will result in the forfeiture of the full deposit paid. Clients who accumulate repeated no-shows may be required to pay full service fees in advance for future bookings, or may be restricted from booking through this platform.

4. Deposit & Payment

Where a deposit is required, it is collected at the time of booking to secure your appointment slot. All deposits are non-refundable unless we cancel or reschedule your appointment. The remaining balance is due at the time of your appointment. We accept cash and card payments in studio.

5. Late Arrival

Please arrive on time for your appointment. If you arrive late, your service may be shortened to avoid inconveniencing the next client. The full service price remains payable regardless of the time available. If you are more than 15 minutes late, we reserve the right to treat your appointment as a no-show and offer the slot to another client.

6. Health & Safety

Please inform your nail technician of any known allergies or sensitivities to nail products prior to your service. This includes but is not limited to reactions to gel, acrylic, or monomer products, adhesives, or nail primers. NailedIt cannot be held liable for adverse reactions arising from undisclosed allergies or pre-existing skin and nail conditions. If you have any open wounds, active infections, or skin conditions on or around the treatment area, your appointment may need to be rescheduled for your safety. Please arrive with clean, bare nails where possible.

Scalp Soak Haus — Head Spa

1. Booking Policy

Your appointment is confirmed upon successful payment of the required deposit, or upon submission of your booking request where no deposit is required. You will receive a confirmation notification via WhatsApp and/or email once your booking has been accepted. Bookings are subject to availability and are not guaranteed until confirmation is received. Head spa sessions are individual appointments and may not be combined with other treatments unless specified.

2. Cancellation Policy

We require a minimum of 24 hours' notice for all cancellations. Cancellations made within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment time may result in the forfeiture of your deposit. To cancel, please contact us directly via the details provided in your confirmation message. Late cancellations without valid reason will be recorded against your booking history.

If you arrive late, your service may be shortened accordingly. The full service price remains payable regardless of the time available. If you are more than 15 minutes late, we reserve the right to treat your appointment as a no-show and offer the slot to another client.

6. Health & Safety

Please inform your therapist of any known scalp sensitivities, skin conditions (including psoriasis, eczema, dermatitis, or seborrheic conditions), or allergies to essential oils, botanical extracts, or topical treatments before your appointment begins. Scalp Soak Haus uses a variety of oils, serums, and treatment products that may not be suitable for all clients. We cannot be held liable for adverse reactions resulting from undisclosed conditions or allergies. If you have open sores, active scalp infections, or recent scalp procedures, please consult your healthcare provider before booking. For your comfort, please arrive with your hair loose and free of heavy product build-up where possible.

Kimberly Gareeb — Hair Studio

1. Booking Policy

Your appointment is confirmed upon successful payment of the required deposit, or upon submission of your booking request where no deposit is required. You will receive a confirmation notification via WhatsApp and/or email once your booking has been accepted. Bookings are subject to availability and are not guaranteed until confirmation is received. For colour, chemical, or corrective services, a consultation may be required prior to or at the start of your appointment.

2. Cancellation Policy

We require a minimum of 24 hours' notice for all cancellations. Cancellations made within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment time may result in the forfeiture of your deposit. For longer or complex services (such as colour corrections or extensions), additional cancellation fees may apply where materials have been pre-ordered or prepared. To cancel, please contact us directly via the details provided in your confirmation message.

3. No-Show Policy

Failure to attend your appointment without prior notice constitutes a no-show. No-shows will result in the forfeiture of the full deposit paid. Clients who accumulate repeated no-shows may be required to pay full service fees in advance for future bookings, or may be restricted from booking through this platform.

Hair services are time-sensitive and arriving late may result in a shortened service or the omission of certain steps (such as toning or treatments) to keep within the allocated slot. The full service price remains payable regardless of adjustments made due to late arrival. If you are more than 15 minutes late, we reserve the right to treat your appointment as a no-show and offer the slot to another client.

6. Health & Safety

Please disclose any known sensitivities or previous reactions to chemical hair treatments, including hair colour, bleach, relaxers, perms, or keratin treatments, before your service begins. A patch test may be recommended or required for first-time colour or chemical service clients. We cannot be held liable for adverse reactions resulting from undisclosed conditions, previous chemical treatments, or compromised hair and scalp health. If you are currently experiencing scalp irritation, open lesions, or an active scalp condition, your appointment may need to be rescheduled. Please arrive with clean hair for colour and chemical services unless advised otherwise during your consultation.
